摘要 目的探讨综合介入法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床应用价值。方法73例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为A、B两组,A组用下腔静脉滤器置入+血管内接触溶栓治疗;B组用下腔静脉滤器置入+血管内接触溶栓+碎栓+PTA治疗。结果A组总有效率为5 7.89% (2 2 /38) ,其中治愈率0 % ,显效率2 1.0 5 % (8/38) ,好转率36 .84 % (14 /38) ;B组总有效率为10 0 % (35 /35 ) ,其中治愈率5 4 .2 9% (19/35 ) ,显效率4 0 % (14 /35 ) ,好转率5 .71% (2 /35 )。两组比较有显著性差异,B组总有效率明显优于A组。无严重并发症发生。结论综合介入法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成是安全有效的方法。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of combined interventional treatments for treating lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods:73 patients with lower extremity deep thrombosis were divided into two groups:A and B. Group A was treated with vena cava filters and thrombolysis alone;Group B was treated with combined interventional treatments.Results:Total effective rate was 57.89% in group A, and in group B was 100%. Compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of group B was higher than group A. No serious complications were observed.Conclusion:Combined interventional treatments of deep venous thrombosis is safe and effective.
