摘要
目的探讨高频彩色超声(简:彩超)对超声消融联合三管微创法治疗下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)效果评估的价值。方法回顾性分析用彩超对115例下肢每一静脉段观察静脉腔回声、有无血流信号的资料。结果115例DVT患者均经彩超一次确诊、定位,彩超复查111例(96.5%)术后阻塞静脉全部再通者均经血管造影证实。结论彩超是观察多种介入导管相互配合治疗DVT疗效的首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency color ultrasonography used to observe the therapeutic effect of uhrasound ablation combined with interventional methods on deep venous thrombosis （DVT） at lower extremities.Methods The echo of each segment vein cavity at lower extremities of 115 cases was observed and to know if it had blood signal by color uhrasonography.The obtained data were retrospectively analysed.Results Before operation high frequency color uhrasonography diagnosed and located primarily the obstructed veins in 115 cases, among them 111 cases （96.5%）were recanalization after operation, which had confirmed by angiography.Conclusion High frequency color ultrasonography is the first choice to observe the effect of ultrasound ablation combined with interventional methods on deep venous thrombosis at lower extremities.
