摘要
目的:通过对照细胞悬液法与组织块埋植法,选择较合理的兔VX2肝癌模型的造模方法。方法:取传代荷瘤VX2种兔,分离肿瘤,制备肿瘤细胞悬液和肿瘤组织块,取新西兰大白兔各10只,分别经超声导引肝内注射和开腹肝内组织块埋植,3周后处死模型兔,观察原位肿瘤大小,肝内、腹腔及肺部转移情况。结果:两种方法造模,成模率均为100%;组织块埋植法组原位肿瘤体积明显大于细胞悬液组;组织块埋植造模较少引起异位种植,肿瘤生长较为均一。结论:组织块埋植法优于细胞悬液法。
Objective:To choose a better method to make a rabbit VX2 liver cancer model through cell suspension injecting and tissue lump embedding. Methods : After separating the tumors in cancer bearing VX2 rabbit, cells suspension and tissue lump were prepared. Then the cells suspension was injected into ten New -Zealand albino rabbits livers through hypersound . And tissue lumps were embedded into another ten New -Zealand albino rabbits livers . After 3 weeks, model rabbits were executed , the size of tumors , intra - liver, enterocoelia, bellows transfer were recorded. Results : The achievement ratio of VX2 model was 100% for these two methods. The size of tumor in tissue lump embedding group was significantly larger than cell suspension injecting group. Ectopia plant was much less in tissue lump embedding group, and the tumors were uniform. Conclusion: The method of tissue lump embedding was better than cell suspension injecting.
