摘要
本文主要从光纤光栅传感器的制作和传感器的封装以及光纤光栅传感器的平均应变传递率入手,阐明了在其中影响光子秤精度的主要因素。从理论上找到了提高光子秤精度的方法。
The key factors which have influence on the photonic weigher' s accuracy are introduced in this paper from three points: the manufacturing of the fiber grating sensors, the packaging of the fiber grating sensors, the average strain transfer rate of the fiber grating sensors. The method of improving the precision of the photonic weigher has being found in theory.
