摘要
本文提出了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅的半金属管封装方案 ,利用标准悬臂梁进行了挠度试验测量 .结果表明 ,用半金属管封装技术可以使光纤光栅感测的实验值更接近理论计算值 .封装后的实验测量值可达到理论值的94 %以上 ,FBG的挠度传感灵敏度约为± 0 .0 2 ,其对称性亦很好 ,线性拟合度分别达到 0 .995 8和 0 .9977.
An approach of half metal tube package for the fiber Bragg grating has been proposed in this paper, the experimental measurements have been made by means of the standard cantilever beam. The results indicate that the half metal tube packaging technology can well increase the accuracy of the sensed data values. After packaging the experimental values are up to 94% of the theoretic values. The deflection sensitivity of the FGB is about ±0.02 and good symmetry is also obtained. Their correlative coefficients are 0.995 8 and 0.997 7 respectively.
