摘要
[目的]鉴定引种的烤烟新品种的抗病性。[方法]采用苗期温室病圃和大田病圃的自然诱发和人工接种诱发方法,对引进的10个烤烟新品种进行烟草赤星病、烟草黑胫病、烟草普通花叶病(TMV)的抗性鉴定。[结果]各烤烟新品种对烟草普通花叶病、烟草赤星病的抗病性在0.01和0.05水平上均有显著差异,对烟草黑胫病的抗病性在0.05水平上有显著差异。8902-42对烟草赤星病表现出较好的抗病性,其他品种表现都较差。[结论]综合抗性较好即兼抗或中抗3种病害的品种有3个,分别是YH02、8902-42和39511。
[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to identify the disease resistance of new introduced flue-cured tobacco varieties. [ Method] By using inducing methods of natural inducement and artificial inoculation in greenhouse disease nursery and field disease nursery during seedling stage, the resistance of 10 introduced flue-cured tobacco varieties to tobacco brown spot, tobacco black shank and tobaeco mosaic virus (TMV) were identified. [Result] The resistance of each flue-cured tobacco variety to TMV and tobacco brown spot both had significant difference at 0.01 and 0,05 levels and its resistance to tobacco black shank had significant difference at 0.05 level, 8902-42 showed better resistance to tobacco brown spot and the disease resistance of other varieties were all poor, [Conclusion] The tobacco varieties with better comprehensive resistance i.e. simultaeous resistance or moderate resistance to 3 kinds of diseases were YH02, 8902-42 and 39511
