迷宫螺旋密封是一种非接触式动密封,它是依靠轴旋转时密封元件产生反压阻止气体或液体向外泄漏,达到完全密封的功能。这种密封结构,使用寿命较长,在高转速下可以产生较大的密封力。对解决苛刻操作条件如:高温高压易燃易爆腐蚀含颗粒介质下的密封问题具有独特的优势。文章简单介绍了迷宫螺旋密封的有关概念,通过仔细调查,总结出迷宫螺旋密封的研究与应用现状。详细分析了现有迷宫螺旋密封研究中存在的不足,并对具体的研究方向和趋势提出建议。
A labyrinth screw seal is a non contact seal. Relied on the reversed pressure resistance gas or liquid for outward leakage occurred by the sealing element screwing totary, the screw seal could reach a full sealing function. Such sealing structure would have a long service life and could have a high sealing force under a high rotary speed. To solve the harsh operation conditions, such as sealing problems under the high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, corrosion and particle medium, the sealing structure would have its unique advantages. The paper introduced the certain conception of the labyrinth seal. With the careful investigation, the paper summarized the research and application status of the labyrinth seal. The paper in detail analyzed the existing disadvantages in the research of the labyrinth seal. The paper provided the certain research direction and tendency of the seal.
