摘要
针对埋头弹火炮活动药室端部接触面上气体密封问题瞬态高压的特点,设计了一种新型的组合自紧式密封系统。介绍了这种密封系统的结构,分析了其工作机理,并给出了强度校验及可能存在的气体泄漏量计算方法。该系统得到了实验验证,成功地为此类问题提供了解决方案。
In order to overcome the sealing problems of removable chamber of cased telescoped ammuni- tion (CTA) under transient high pressure condition,a novel self-impacted combined sealing system was designed.This paper introduced the structure of the system,analyzed the sealing mechanism,and gave the calculating methods for reliability verification and contingent gas leakage.Experimental results approved that the system provided a good solution for this kinds of problems successfully.
