摘要 为实现旋转药室可靠闭气,平稳、快速开锁和闭锁的目标,设计了一种新型的导气式旋转药室自动机结构,使用微分方法对开闭锁曲线槽进行了设计。应用ADAMS动力学仿真软件对该自动机结构进行了动力学特性分析,机构运动平稳,动作可靠,一个自动循环用时0.33 s。仿真结果表明该自动机在原理上是可行的,具有一定的参考价值。 For the purposes of securing safe breath suspending of the cased telescoped ammunition gun rotating chamber as well as the rapid and smooth unlocking and locking mechanism work, a new gas operation rotating chamber automata was designed, with the cam slot couple used to unlocking and loc- king designed through the differential method. The dynamics characteristics of the mechanism were analyzed with ADAMS dynamics simulation software. The results show that actions are stable and relia- ble with one cycle taking 0.33 s. The automatic mechanism is feasible in principle and has a certain reference value.
