摘要
结合梯形迷宫螺旋泵的流动特点,在相应的假设条件基础上建立流动模型、简化计算方程组,并给出具体的边界条件。利用有限差分式求得流动模型的数值解,从而得到梯形迷宫螺旋泵内部流动的主要特征。得出进液环腔处产生二次回流现象而导致迷宫泵效率低下,通过在转子进口处增大定、转子之间间隙c而弱化该处的节流降压,通过增大进口液腔的环空体积以降低出口压头损失的结论。所得结论可为梯形迷宫螺旋泵的设计、改进和优化提供有益的参考。
According to the flow characteristics of the trapeziform labyrinth screw pump, the flow model is set up and equation set for simplified calculation is presented, and the concrete boundary conditions are given. The numerical solution to the flow model is obtained by means of the finite difference equation, thereby the main characteristics of the internal flow of the pump are found. The result of the simulation provides a basis for the design and improvement of the trapeziform labyrinth screw pump.
