摘要
本研究表明,当环氧乙烷剂量为800mg/L,在42℃、相对湿度60%以上、灭菌室气压为-15kPa的条件下,作用8小时,对50层棉布、40层牛皮纸、40层马粪纸、20层瓦楞纸板、50层聚乙烯薄膜、50层聚氯乙烯薄膜全部穿透,对50层玻璃纸仅穿透了11层,而对0.08mm厚的护卡膜(PET·EVA)1层也未能穿透。
When a dosage of epoxyethane is 800mg/L,temperature is 40℃,relative hamidity is more than 60%,air pressure in sterilization room is -15kPa,and effect time is 8 hours,it was carried out that experimental studies on piercing force in 8 packing materials for gas of expoxyethane to pass through packing material of sterilization things.The results showed that 50 strata cotton cloths,40 strata brown paper,40 strata strawboard,20 strata corrugated paper,50 strata polyvinyl chloride film,50 strata polyethlene film,and 11 strata glassine paper,have been passed,but 1 strata PET·EVA have not been passed.
