摘要
目的:进一步探讨使用环节对牙科高速手机(以下简称手机)寿命的影响。方法:我们选用了手机100支,分甲乙2组,每组各50支并固定使用,观察期为3年。结果:甲组筒夹轴承损坏率为94%,不能修复的手机4支,损坏率为8%;乙组筒夹轴承损坏率为138%,不能修复的手机7支,损坏率为17%。结论:规范手机的使用要求可以延长手机的使用寿命,提高工作效率。
Objective： To further investigate the effects of different manipulating methods on life span of dental high-speed equipment. Methods： A total of 100 dental high-speed devices were randomized into 2 groups （50 in each）. They were used and observed for 3 years. Results： The damaging rate of spigot bearing was 94% and 138% in the 2 groups, respectively. Meanwhile, there were 4 and 7 devices, respectively in the 2 groups that could not be repaired. Conclusion： Standardization of obstruction for use of the dental high-speed equipment can prolong it life span and promote its efficiency.
