摘要
目的观察脉冲磁场联合患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法38例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为两组,20例给予脉冲磁场联合患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓治疗,18例给予患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓治疗,通过测血液流变学指标变化和患肢肿胀程度变化评定治疗效果,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后两组的血液流变学指标变化和患肢肿胀程度变化均较治疗前有明显改善,且脉冲磁场联合患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓组疗效改善较单纯患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓组更为显著。结论脉冲磁场联合患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效优于单纯患肢静脉注射尿激酶溶栓。
Objective To observe the effect of pulsating magnetic filed and nrokinase for treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Methods Thirty - eight patients with deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity were randomly divided into treatment gronp（ receiving comhined treatment of pulsating magnetic filed and urokinase and other routine treatment）and control group （receiving urokinase and routine treatment）. Before and after the treatment the hemorheologieal indexes and swelling degree of lower extremitv were examined. Results There was no significant difference in the hemorheological indexes scores between the two groups before treatment also. After treatment for 7 days, the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in treatment group were lower than in control group （ P 〈 0.05）, There was no significant difference in the swelling degree of lower extremity between the two groups before treatment also. After treatment for 7 days, the change in treatment group were more significant than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined treatment of pulsating magnetic filed and urokinase couht significantly improve the curative effectiveness of the patients with deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.
