摘要
目的:探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者插管溶栓的疗效。方法:自2003年8月起,对急性髂股静脉血栓80例(不包括腓肠肌静脉丛以下静脉血栓者)无抗凝溶栓禁忌,无造影剂过敏者,穿刺部位无感染者,随机分组:实验组A组:插管溶栓;对照组B组:外周静脉溶栓,行彩超检查对比两组24h、48h、72h溶栓效果。结果:A组平均疗效在3个时间点均优于B组,并发症发生率低于B组。结论:DVT患者插管溶栓疗效明显优于传统外周静脉给药溶栓。
Objective：To explore the effect of catheter thrombolysis of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity. Methods： 80 cases of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity who were not taboo of anticoagulation and thrombolysis, hypersensltiveness of contrast material , infection on the puncting location, were grouped to experiment（ catheter thrombolysis） and control（ thrombolysis in vein） randomly. And to observate the result of thrombolysis on the two groups at 24h,48h and 72h by color ultrasound. Results：The curative effect of group A was significantly better than control group B. Conclusion： Catheter thrombolysis of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity was safer and more effective than traditional method.
