不均匀恒磁场对小鼠血栓形成及血浆t-PA等的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究不均匀恒磁场N极和S极对小鼠尾部血栓形成和血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t-PA)及其抑制物 (PAI)的影响。方法 小鼠分组为空白对照组 (A)、血栓对照组 (B)、不均匀恒磁场N极组 (C)和S极组 (D) ,C、D组小鼠分别在N极朝向鼠体和S极朝向鼠体的鼠盒内饲养 7d。用致血栓药角叉菜胶诱发小鼠体内血栓形成。发色底物法测定血浆t -PA及PAI活性。统计学处理用组间资料t检验。结果 小鼠尾部平均血栓形成长度百分数C组和D组分别为 ( 2 8.0 7±1 5.52 ) %和 ( 2 1 .3 7± 1 6.50 ) % ,比B组 ( 43 .73± 1 7.2 5) %明显减少 (依次为t =2 .3 1 0 2 ,0 .0 1 <P <0 .0 5;t=3 .2 4 4 2 ,P <0 .0 1 )。C与D组间差异无显著性。B、C、D组与A组相比 ,t -PA活性明显下降 (依次为t=4 .50 3 7,P <0 .0 1 ;t=2 .51 95,0 .0 1 <P <0 .0 5;t=2 .3 1 70 ,0 .0 1 <P <0 .0 5)。B、C组与A组相比 ,PAI活性明显增高 (依次为t=5.1 93 7,P <0 .0 1 ;t=2 .2 3 40 ,0 .0 1 <P <0 .0 5)。C、D组与B组相比 ,PAI活性明显下降 (依次为t=3 .1 663 ,P <0 .0 1 ;t =4 .3 874 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论不均匀恒磁场有抗血栓作用。其作用机制可能与减少血浆PAI的释放有关。 Objective To study the effect of the N pole and S pole of uneven constant magnetic field on tail thrombosis,plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and its inhibitor in mice.Methods These experimental mice were divided into control group(A), thrombosis group(B),N pole group(C)and S pole group(D).The mice in C and D group were separately fed in N pole cage and S pole cage for 7 days.The tail thrombosis was formed by carrageen.The plasma t-PA and its inhibitor was analysed by chromogen substrate.The t-test in statistics between the groups was used.Results The average tail thrombosis length in C and D group mice was (28.07± 15.52)% and (21.37±16.50)% respectively,which was less than the (43.73±17.25)% of B group mice (t=2.310 2,P<0.05;t=2,344 2,P<0.01). No obvious difference was found between the C and D group.Compared with the A group,the t-PA activity of B,C and D group was significantly reduced(t=4.503 7,P<0.01;t=2.519 5, 0.01<P<0.05;t=2.317 0, 0.01<P<0.05 in turn).The inhibitor activity of t-PA in B and C group was obviously higher than the A group(t=5.193 7,P<0.01;t= 2.234 0, 0.01<P<0.05).When compared with the B group, the inhibitor activity in C and D group was markedly reduced(t=3.166 3,P<0.01;t=4.387 4,P<0.01).Conclusion The study suggests that the uneven constant magnetic field has antithrombotic effect for thrombosis.The mechanism may be associated with the decrease of release of inhibitor in t-PA.
