摘要
提出了体育师资培养的团队合作模式,主要建议是通过大学教师、中小学教师、师范生组成团队共同制定对师范生的评价体系,为师范生顺利入职做好准备。
The authors have proposed the cooperation model by team work in the cultivation of P. E. teachers through setting up a joint team consisting of college teachers,primary and secondary school teachers and students from normal institutes to establish a common assessment system for graduates of normal institutes so as to help these graduates readily prepared for their future career.
