摘要
[目的]为洛阳市郊区无公害蔬菜基地的发展规划提供科学依据。[方法]采用离子选择电极法,测定洛阳市郊区蔬菜地土壤的总氟、水溶性氟含量及7种蔬菜中的氟含量,探讨土壤与蔬菜中氟含量的相关性。[结果]试验区土壤的总氟含量平均值为520.41~620.36mg/kg,水溶性氟含量平均值为1.15~2.66mg/kg。土壤的总氟与水溶性氟之间无显著相关性。蔬菜中的氟含量为4.71~17.83mg/kg。白菜、青菜、菠菜、韭菜中的氟含量与土壤的水溶性氟含量呈极显著相关,生菜、香菜中的氟含量与土壤的水溶性氟含量呈显著相关。[结论]试验区的土壤已经受到氟的污染,蔬菜地土壤的水溶性氟含量与多数蔬菜中氟含量的相关性显著。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the correlation of the fluorine content in soil and vegetables from Luoyang suburban vegetable fields. [Method] By using ion selective electrode method, the content of fluorine in soils and vegetables was analyzed. [Result] The soils have been polluted by fluorine in the study areas. Fluorine concentration in vegetables exceeded the national food sanitation standard (1 mg/kg). [Conclusion] The content of fluorine has not shown a correlation between whole fluorine and water-soluble fluorine in soils. But it has presented a significant correlation between the water-soluble fluorine in soil and the fluorine in vegetables.
