摘要
根据蔬菜中氟化物在酸性条件下馏出后,在乙酸盐介质中与氟试剂、硝酸镧反应生成蓝紫色三元络合物的原理,采用连续流动分析法(CFA)测定蔬菜中的氟化物含量。该方法线性范围为0~20 mg/L,线性关系为0.9998,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,加标回收率为95%~102%,该方法操作方便、精密度和准确度高、分析速度快,特别适合大批样品的测定。
The determination of fluoride is based on the alizarin fluorine blue method. After distillation at 150℃, fluoride reacts with alizarin fluorine blue/lanthanum reagent to form a lilac - blue complex, which is measured colorimetrically when the complex absorbs at 620 nm.Determination of fluoride in Vegetables by Continuous Flow Analyzer (CFA), the linear range was 0-20 mg/L, the correlative coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery rates were in the range 95%-102%. The method has been applied to the determination of fluoride in vegetables with satisfactory results.
