摘要
通过对企业的产品开发和组织变革关系的研究,分析了国内企业组织变革的重点应该是围绕着产品开发的主线来进行,这样企业的变革才能客观地反映市场的变化和顾客的需求,变革才能顺利进行,企业才能生存和发展。
By researching the relation between the company's product development and structure innovation, the paper analyzes the key point of state-owned companies' structure innovation should follow the "product development" route. In this way, the company's innovation can actually reflect the market changes and customer demands, and the innovation will go on smoothly while the company will survive and grow.
