摘要
从理论方面探讨了我国企业实施流程再造的必要性,分析我国企业流程再造的现状,就我国企业流程再造过程中存在的问题,提出解决的对策。
This paper explores the necessity of BPR(business process reengineering)to Chinese enterprises from theoretical.It analyzes current situation of Chinese enterprises BPR,studies the questions existing in BPR of Chinese enterprises and puts forward countermeasures on how to solve it.
