摘要
归纳和总结了塔里木河流域水资源开发利用的现状及存在的主要问题和塔里木河流域水资源变化特点、趋势及其预测,简要论述了虚拟水在塔里木河流域水资源利用和流域综合治理中的意义和作用。
The paper summarized and summed up the presient situation and the major problems about water resources of development and utilization in the Tarim River Basin,and analysed the characteristics 、trends and forecasts of the water resource s Changes.This article discusses the the meaning and role of virtual water of use and management in the Tarim Basin water resources.
