摘要
党的十七大报告提出,要坚持以人为本,促进人的全面发展。这是贯彻科学发展观、建设社会主义和谐社会的本质要求。人的全面发展学说,是历史唯物主义和剩余价值学说两个伟大发现之外,马克思主义对人类社会发展的第三大贡献。在新的历史时期,对马克思主义人的全面发展学说的地位要有新认识,对马克思主义人的全面发展学说的内涵要有新理解,对贯彻马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说的举措要有新思考。这既是坚持以人为本的要求,也是人的全面发展学说与时俱进、不断创新的需要。
The Seventeenth Party Congress has proposed that we should adhere to people-orientation and promote people＇s all-round development, which is the essential requirement to implement the scientific outlook on development and build socialist harmonious society. The theory on people＇s all-round development is the third contribution of Marxism to the human＇s social development besides the two great discoveries of Historical Materialism and Surplus Value Theory. In the new historical period, we should have a new cognition on the significance of Marxist theory on people＇s all-round development, and a new understanding on the connotation of Marxist theory on people＇s all-round development, as well as a new consideration on the measures to implement Marxist theory on peoples all-round development. It is not only the re- quirement to adhere to people-orientation but also the demand for Marxist theory on people＇s all-round development to keep up with the times and innovate continuously.
