摘要
通过对红曲霉固态培养中菌丝体生长机制及形态学的研究,提出了红曲霉在固态培养条件下的生长模型为:M=0.0176t2+0.0131t-0.0025;并计算出红曲霉理想状态下的单位菌体量。
The researches of the growth mechanism and morphology of sp. was carried out. As a result, the growing dynamic formula of Monascus on solid substrate culture was summed up as the following: M = 0.0176t^2 + 0.0131t - 0.0025.
