摘要
研究了在不同焦点位置条件下激光焊接参数对H62黄铜焊缝金属的组织、硬度、化学成分、内部缺陷和焊态接头断裂强度的影响。结果表明,焦点位置是试板能否焊透的决定因素之一。一般情况下,激光焊接中首选焦点位置为零是适宜的。焦点位置对H62黄铜的接头(或焊缝金属)的性能和缺陷等具有重要影响,可以据此调节焦点位置。激光焊不是黄铜焊接的首选焊接方法。激光焊接H62时必须正确地控制焊接线能量范围和选择焦点位置。
The influence of welding parameters on structure, hardness, chemical composition, internal defects of weld metal and tensile strength of welding joint was studied under the condition of various focus position during the laser welding of H62 brass. The experimental results indicate that focus position is one of the decisive factors for the welds with complete penetration. As a general rule it is suitable to select that focus position equal zero. The influences of focus position on properties of welding joint (or weld metal) and internal defects are significant. Focus position can be regulated according to that relationship. The laser welding is not the most excellent method for H62 brass and it is prerequisite to control the welding heat input and focus position properly.
