摘要
目前国内对冷凝器Hsn70—1黄铜焊管的研究正处于进一步研究阶段,对材料的可焊性,焊接热裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了防止措施。同时,以实例阐述了在三炬TIG焊接过程中,合理地选择匹配每个焊炬的参数,是提高焊缝质量的一个有效途径。
The study on the brass pipe of the Hsn70-1 consender is still i n the research stage. This paper analyses the cause of welding crack and weldabili ty of materials, and raises prevention measure. This paper also discusses by a c ase study that it is an effective way of improving quality to select and match p arameters of each welding torch reasonably in the coruse of TIG welding with thr ee welding torchs.
