摘要
针对6 mm厚2219铝合金与2 mm厚5A06铝合金点焊焊核偏移展开工艺研究。分析了不同焊接位置、电极直径、电极压力和焊接时间条件下点焊焊核偏移情况。试验结果表明,不同焊接位置条件下点焊焊核将向正极性电极端偏移,不同电极直径条件下小电极直径可提高厚板焊透率,以及随着电极压力和焊接时间的增加,厚板焊透率逐渐增大。所采取的工艺措施能够有效避免或减少焊核偏移。
The nugget migration in spot welding of the 6 mm 2219 aluminum alloy plate and 2 mm 5A06 aluminum alloy plate was studied.The nugget migration at different welding positions,electrode diameter,electrode force and welding times were analyzed.The experimental results showed that,the spot welding nugget will migrate to the positive electrode on different welding positions,the small electrode diameter can improve the penetration rate of the thick plate for different electrode diameter,and the penetration rate of the thick plate will gradually increase as the electrode pressure and welding times increase.The process measures can be taken to effectively avoid or reduce spot welding nugget migration.
