摘要 目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定翼首草药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex Kromasil ODS-C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长215nm。结果:在上述色谱条件下翼首草中的齐墩果酸、熊果酸可完全分离,齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量分别为10.6,38.16mg·g-1。结论:该方法操作简便快速、结果可靠、重复性好,可为有效控制翼首草药材及其制剂的质量提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Yishoucao by HPLC. METHODS Phenomenex Kromasil ODS-C18 (250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm; was used the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 1% H3PO4 (85:15) column temperature was 30℃ ;The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the UV detection wavelength was at 215 nm RESULTS The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Yishoucao by HPLC were 1.06% and 3.81%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,rapid,reliable and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Yishoucao effectively.
