摘要
尺寸链搜寻与生成是尺寸链方程建立的前提,首先介绍相关的研究现状,简要介绍了利用定性信息约减装配顺序以及利用案例推理技术获取以往设计的相关经验的规则,主要描述通过接头矩阵在概念设计阶段建立车身装配的尺寸链,为下一步的装配偏差分析计算。该方法在车身底板装配体进行应用验证性说明。
The theory and the algorithm of dimension chain search and generation is a precondition of dimension function building. It first introduces state of the art, and employs qualitative information to reduce the amount of feasible assembly sequence; and case-based reasoning technology is applied to acquire previous knowledge and rules in the research. The method makes use of joint matrix to fulfill the building of dimension chain in order to perform assembly variation analysis during the conceptual design stage. The analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
