摘要
提出用遗传算法求解车身装配接头方案的优化选择问题.在车身装配尺寸链表达基础上,分析了不同关键算子及参数选择对遗传算法计算性能的影响,并通过实例验证了文中方法的可行性.该方法有助于提高产品设计效率.
This paper presents a genetic algorithm to solve optimization problem of autobody joints selection. The performance of the genetic algorithm proposed has been analyzed under the conditions of using various operators and parameters, based on dimension chain representation of autobody assembly. A case study demonstrates the feasibility of the developed method. The method can be employed to improve the efficiency of product design.
