摘要
研究了钛的特性,分析了钛与钢铁产品的差异,阐述了成功开发的1 549 mm热连轧机生产大卷重宽幅钛带技术、热连轧精轧压力补偿技术和基于案例推理的专有数学模型。此技术的模型的开发与应用,实现了大卷重宽幅钛带的全自动、规模化生产。
The characteristics of titanium is researched, the difference between titanium and steel is analyzed in this paper. Hot tandem rolling technology, finishing pressure compensation technology and case-based reasoning and special mathematical model for large-coil-weight and wide titanium and titanium alloy strips in 1549mm hot strip mill are developed successfully. Fully automatic and mass production of large-coil-weight and wide titanium and titanium alloy strips come true.
