摘要
目的观察He-Ne激光穴位照射对单纯慢性结肠炎患者体表结肠电图(electroenterogram,EEG)的基础电节律(basic electrical rhythm,BER)的影响,以探讨其治疗机制。方法单纯慢性结肠炎患者30例为实验组,健康受试者30名为对照组。两组均在空腹下行升-降结肠双极导联描记EEG的BER 15 min为基础值。继而采用He-Ne激光(功率密度514 mW/cm2)照射神厥和双侧天枢、大肠俞穴各10 min,照射后15和30 min再各描记EEG 15 min,观察激光穴位照射前后两组EEG的BER振幅、频率和变异系数的变化,比较其异同。结果单纯慢性结肠炎组激光穴位照射前EEG表现为高振幅、快频率、振幅紊乱波形。激光穴位照射后15和30 min均使EEG振幅明显降低(P<0.01);频率减慢并以照射后30 min明显(P<0.01);紊乱波形变为规整,以照射后15 min明显(P<0.05);健康对照组激光穴位照射前后振幅、频率及振幅变异系数均无明显变化(P>0.05)。组间比较,激光穴位照射前及照射后30 min,单纯慢性结肠炎组EEG振幅明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),EEG频率和振幅变异系数两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论He-Ne激光穴位照射对单纯慢性结肠炎患者结肠平滑肌电活动有明显的抑制效应,从而发挥治疗作用。
Objective To study the effects of electroenterogram(EEG) by He-Ne laser irradiation on acupoints in patients with chronic colonitis, and explore their mechanism. Methods Take 30 patients with chronic colonitis as the experimental group, and 30 healthy volunteers as the control group. First, EEG of all subjects were recorded for 15 min by ascending colon-descending colon bipolar leads. Then, use He-Ne laser radiation onto acupoints, such as Shenque(RENS), both sides Tianshu(ST25) and Dachangshu(UB25) points, each for 10 min. EEG of all subjects were recorded for 15 min at 15 and 30 min after irradiation. The BER wave amplitude, frequency and variant coefficient of EEG before and after laser irradiation were observed, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results EEG showed higher wave amplitude, faster frequency and disturbed wave form before irradiation in the chronic colonitis group. After irradiation on acupoints, wave amplitude, f^x~uency and variant coefficient of EEG fell to a greater or lesser degree in the chronic colonitis group, there were significant differences compared with those before laser irradiation( P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01 ). The vari- ous observation item of EEG did not change distinctly between before and after laser irradiation on acupoints in the health control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The wave amplitude of EEG in the health control group was lower than that in the chronic colonictis group ( P 〈 0. 001 ) at 30 min after irradiation and before irradiation, and there was no difference in other EEG items. Conclusions The results indicate that He-Ne laser irradiation on acupoints can effectively inhibit colon electric activity in the patients with chronic colonitis.
