摘要
矿业权是进行矿业开发的法律依据,矿业权市场对促进矿业经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文针对我国目前矿业权市场存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了解决这些问题的思路和方法。
Mining right is the lawful gist for us to carry through mining developing,mining right market has important effects for us to advance the econimic progress of mining.The article analyze the main problem existing in mining right market currently,and bringing forward the thread and way to solve them.
