摘要
以分光光度法测定酸碱解离常数的原理为基础,采用等摩尔浓度分光光度法测定了KH2PO4-KCl缓冲溶液中大豆黄素的解离常数:pKa1=7.28+0.04;pKa2=9.53+0.08。该方法简单可靠、重现性好,所得结果对进一步研究大豆黄素的提取分离、构效关系及其在生物体内的吸收和代谢过程具有重要的参考意义。
Based on the principle of spectrophotometry for detennination, a simple, reliable and reproducible, iso -molarity UV spectrophotometry method is developed to determine the dissociation constants of daidzin in KH2PO4 - KCl buffer solution. The two dissociation constants, which are very significant for further study of the extraction, QSAR and the absorption and metabolism of daidzin in biological system, are determined as 7.28 ±0.04 and 9.53 ±0.08.
