摘要 综述了医学图像分析的当前主要进展,包括理论模型、感兴趣区分割、图像配准与融合、时序图像的功能分析等传统研究。根据该领域的新进展,简述了基于内容的医学图像检索系统、标准数据集和评估准则的建立,以及医学图像分析商用软件等较新颖的热点。最后总结了医学图像分析领域面临的主要挑战和未来发展方向。 This Paper surveyed the major progress in medical image analysis including these classic research topics: mathematical model, ROI(region of interesting) segmentation and analysis, image registration and fusion, functional analysis of temporal image sequences. Further more, based on the recent advances in this field, we also briefly introduced the advance in following topics: the content based image retrieval system from medical image, the construction of standard medical image test databases and evaluation methodology and the commercial medical image analysis software. In the end, we summarized some challenges faced by medical image analysis community and pointed out some directions for future research.
