摘要 PET-CT多模态体绘制可以同时获取病人的解剖结构和功能结构特征,帮助医生获得更好的辅助诊断效果。通过使用两个传递函数分别对PET(Positive Electron Tomography)、CT(Computerized Tomography)数据进行分类,同时统计PET、CT数据的密度分布信息,根据提取的信息对分类后的数据进行混合加权,最终得到PET数据与CT数据融合显示的效果。实验结果表明,该方法可以同时渲染出CT的解剖结构和PET的功能结构,更好地区分不同的组织结构。 PET-CT multimodal volume rendering can simultaneously obtain the characteristics of anatomic structure and functional structure of the patient, and help the physicians to gain better auxiliary diagnosis effect. In this paper, we use two transfer functions to classify PET and CT data separately, at the same time, we count the density distribution information of PET and CT data, and make mixed weighting on classified data according to the information extracted, through these means we finally achieve the effect of fused display of PET data and CT data. Experimental results show that this method can render the anatomic structure of CT and the functional structure of PET simultaneously, and better distinguish different tissue structures.
