摘要
在强调"以人为本,和谐发展"管理理念的今天,单一的福利计划很难满足员工的多样性、多层次性的需求,弹性福利计划已引起我国企业管理者和理论研究者的广泛关注。文章在对弹性福利计划理论探讨的基础上,以L公司为研究对象,对弹性福利计划的应用进行分析研究,以期为该公司以及其他企业应用弹性福利计划提供借鉴。
On today's management theory of “Human-Oriented, Accord Development”, the single benefits plan cannot meet the various needs of different level employee. The flexible benefits plan is widely concerned by the business managers and researchers in China. Based on flexible benefit plan theories, by taking L Company as a research object, the application of flexible benefits plan are analyzed in order to draw on experience of the flexible benefits plan for the business application in their company and other corporations.
