农村经济社会发展需要高等农业院校提供的人才保障与智力支持,高等农业院校应明确定位,促进教育教学改革,调整学科专业结构,改革教学模式,培养服务于新农村建设的人才,积极参与农民培训工作。
The key point of constructing affluent society and the difficulty in the countryside, the rural economy social development need the talented person safeguard and the intellectual support. The higher agricultural universities should clear the localization, promote education educational reform, adjust discipline specialized structure, reform educational model, raise the new rural reconstruction talented person, and participate in the farmer training work positively.
