摘要
持水力是表征植物耐旱性的一个重要指标。本文以新疆当家现行桑品种——新桑1号为对照,以测定桑树中上部叶片每1h失水量的方式,对抗干旱性强的沙漠桑树品种——策沙1号失水过程进行了监测。初步的研究结果表明,策沙1号叶片持水力比新桑1号强,可以确定其为荒漠植物中持水型较强的桑属品种。
Water-retaining capability is one of the most important indexes that indicate drought resistance capacity of plants. The dehydration process of the desert mulberry variety CESHA 1 was analyzed with the local variety XINSANG 1 as the control. Preliminary results showed that water--retaining capability of CESHA 1 is superior to that of XINSANG 1, thus suggesting that CESHA 1 is a desert plant with relatively high ability of water-retaining.
