5份西南野生马蹄金材料的光合特性比较 被引量:5

摘要 以5份西南野生马蹄金Dichondra repens(SD09、SD10、YD03、GD03、SD11)为材料,用美国LI-6400便携式光合测定系统测定其光合日变化,比较5份西南野生马蹄金材料光合特性差异。试验结果显示:1)在自然光照条件下,5份材料的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰型,高峰和次峰分别出现在12:00和16:00,有典型的"午休"现象。2)5份材料的单位面积蒸腾速率(Tr)和有效水分利用率(WUE)日平均值均存在差异,其中,SD10 Tr日平均值远高于其他材料,属于强蒸腾材料;SD11的WUE最高,该材料能在吸收等量水分的情况下,比其他材料生产出更多的生物量。5份野生马蹄金材料对光适应性不同,其中GD03的光饱和点(LSP)和光补偿点(LCP)分别为1 051和28.2μmol/(m2.s),为高LSP、低LCP植物,既具备优越的耐荫能力,又能适应较强的阳光辐射,且其坪用特性优异,可作为优良草坪草种质资源进一步研究。 The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of 5 wild Dichondra repens Forst. in southwest of China were measured by a Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, and the differences of photosynthesis characteristic were compared. Results showed: 1) With natural illumination, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) diural variations of 5 accessions showed a double peak curve with the 1st peaked at 12:00 and the 2nd at 16:00, and there was typical midday depression. 2)The diurnal mean transpiration rate (Tr) value of unit area and the diurnal mean value of available water use efficiency (WUE) of 5 accessions were significantly different. The diurnal mean Tr value of SD10 was far more higher than the others, and it was strong transpiration material. The WUE of SDll was the highest which can produce more biomass than the others when given the same amount of moisture. The adaptations to light of 5 wild D. repens were different, GD03 with a high light saturation point[1 051 μmol/ (m^2 · s)] and a low light compensation point[28.2μmol/(m^2 · s)] was resistant to shade, and adaptive to the strong solar radiation. It was chosen for further study as an outstanding turf grass germplasm resource with excellent turf-used characteristics.
