摘要
提出了基于NURBS的改进表达方法来判断产品外型设计。该方法从相邻点入手,用差异矩阵来重组原始NURBS曲面中的数据点;用基准矩阵来表达产品的几何约束;用判断矩阵来判断外型是否符合设计要求。给出了应用该方法表达产品NURBS曲面的一般步骤及对曲面进行变形和判断,并将该方法应用到汽车前盖外型设计中。
It proposes a surface representation based on NURBS, which can test the validity of product design result. This method reorganizes the disorderly data of points in original NURBS, uses a differ - matrix and a criterion- matrix to represent geometric constraint, judges the requirement of design with the judgment- matrix. It introduces the common steps for representing and judging existed NURBS surfaces, shows the shape car design of its front engine crust.
