摘要
针对激光扫描系统采集的机械零件点云数据的特点,在原始点云数据预处理上,采用删除非曲面上的点云数据、拼接、排序和点云数据切片等方法,对数据进行平滑和分块,利用非均匀B样条法对切片点云数据进行光滑和数据插补,给出了NURBS曲面的重构方法,重构过程简单、适用,该方法是一种有效实用的方法。
For the characteristics of mechanical part points collected on laser scanning system,points that don't belong to the surface are deleted,then the methods of split,sequencing,data section are used for point smoothing and blocking.The method of non-uniform B-Spline are used to smooth and interpolate data,and methods of surface reconstruction are given.The process of surface reconstruction is simple and appropriate.So this mothod is effective and practical.
