摘要 针对拖拉机覆盖件曲面复杂、精度及光顺性要求不高、结构强度大的特点,利用CATIA的逆向设计具有的强大曲面设计功能,以某拖拉机轮罩为例,从点云数据预处理、点云数据网格化及分块、曲面重建、曲面品质分析、曲面拼接及模型评价几方面阐述了拖拉机覆盖件逆向设计流程,同时对重建的曲面模型进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明,所构建曲面模型满足了设计精度及光顺性要求,为后续的拖拉机覆盖件模具设计制造提供了理论依据。 According to the features of complex shape and big structure strength for tractor panel, based on the powerful function of free surface design of CATIA, taking tractor wheel cover as example, the reverse design flow of tractor panel is described from the cloud points preprocessing, gridding and segmentation of cloud points, surface reconstruction, surface quality analysis, surface splicing and model evaluation. Meanwhile, the finite element analysis of the tractor panel is taken on. The results show that the surface model constructed can meet the requirement of design precision and smoothness, and the research results can provide theoretical basis for the subsequent mould design and manufacture of tractor panel.
