摘要
加强文化习得是改革中国外语教学的一个行之有效的方法,但是如何将文化教学同语言教学结合起来,是一个极为复杂的问题。文章通过分析英美经典电影在语言教学和文化习得方面的优势,具体介绍了如何把课文主题和相应文化背景的英美经典电影引入大学英语教学,把语言教学和文化习得融为一体,改变以往文化教学的零乱性和无序性,从而使文化教学走上归属化和系统化。
Strengthening culture education is one of the efficient ways to reform foreign language teaching in China. But how to carry out culture teaching and how to mix culture teaching and language teaching together is a complicated problem. Through analyzing advantages that English films have on language and culture, this paper particularly introduces how to integrate the appreciation of American＆ British films with college English text books whose units＇ theme and cultural backgrounds are similar to these films, combining language teaching and culture teaching together and changing previous phenomenon that culture teaching has always been in great disorder, then let culture teaching be on the way of systematization.
