糖尿病病人及家属同步实施健康教育对病人生活质量影响的研究

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病病人及家属同步实施健康教育对病人生活质量的影响。方法:选择门诊82例糖尿病病人作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组各41例,2组病人在常规治疗下接受健康教育;实验组在常规治疗基础上同步实施家属健康教育,在病人刚开始治疗时及治疗1年后评估,采用生活质量指数评定量表,分别对2组病人生活质量进行评分并记录,结果:1年后,组间比较,实验组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);组内比较,实验组生活质量明显高于实施健康教育前,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病病人及家属,同步实施健康教育,可提高家属的照料水平及配合程度,提高病人生活质量。 Objective:To study the effects of synchronous health caring education of the diabetic family members on the patients' living quality.Methods:To select 82 cases of diabetics as the researching targets,among which 41 cases as experimental group and 41 cases as contrasting group. Beside the regular methods of treatment, patients of the both groups received health caring education. Based on the regular treatment of the experimental group, their family members received extra health caring education, the figures testing table of living quality was applied at the beginning of the treatment, the patients' living quality of both groups was tested, scored and recorded. Results:After one year, the gross living quality of the experimental group was much higher than that of the contrasting group according to the results, with significant difference between them (P〈0.01);the living quality of the experimental group is much higher than that at the begninning of the experiment, with significant (P〈0.01).Conclusion:The synchronous health caring education is benificial to improve the diabetic family members' caring level, and the living quality of the patients.
