摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对癫痫患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将90例癫痫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上对患者及家属实施个性化健康教育,并采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量指数评定量表(QOL)分别于入院时和入院第4周对两组进行评分。结果:观察组健康教育前焦虑、抑郁和生活质量评分与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后焦虑、抑郁和生活质量评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对癫痫患者和家属实施个性化健康教育,可改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective:To evaluate the impact of health education on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with epilepsy.Methods:90 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group(45 cases for each group).The conventional health education was adopted in the control group and the individualized health education was applied to the patients and their families on the basis of the implementation of conventional health education,and then Zung self - rating anxiety scale(SAS),self - rating depression scale(SDS) and quality of life index rating scale(QOL) were used in both groups to make an assessment of the patients when they were just admitted to hospital and in the 4th week after they were hospitalized. Results:The comparison of the scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life were not significantly different between the two groups before health education(P〉0.05);the differences were statistically significant in the comparison of the scores of anxiety, depression and quality of life between the two groups after health education(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The individualized health education applied to the patients with epilepsy and their families can relieve their negative emotion so as to improve their quality of life.
