摘要
从建立纺织服装供应链的基础工作出发,探讨如何构建纺织服装企业供应链的框架结构,介绍几种纺织服装核心企业供应链模式结构,最后提出建立纺织服装核心企业敏捷供应链管理的方案。
Starting from the basic work of establishing textiles and garment supply chain, this paper discusses the establishment of the supply chain framework of textiles and garment supply chain, introduces several supply chain modes and puts forward projects to establish quick supply chain management of key textiles and garment enterprises.
