蒸汽驱地面集输系统热能综合利用研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着欢喜岭齐40块蒸汽驱工程的实施,蒸汽驱地面集输工艺参数也将改变,特别是井口的产出液温度将逐渐大幅度提高,最高温度可达到150℃,较高的井口采出液温度引起较大的剩余热能。如何有效地回收和利用剩余的热能,降低生产运行费用,提高蒸汽驱开发整体经济效益,是研究的主要目的。经过查阅文献和分析论证制定了3个初步方案:联合站集中换热、计量站集中换热和采油井口就地换热。在集输系统热力计算和换热器选型等计算基础上,对3种方案进行了经济性比较,结果表明,联合站换热方案的初始投资最小;井口换热方案的热效率最高。 As the steam displacing project was implemented at block qi 40 in Huanxiling oil recovery factory, the process parameters of steam displacing gathering and transportation system will change. Especially the temperature of oil--well output liquid will greatly increase up to 150 ℃. The high temperature will bring out lager superfluous heat. The main aims of the research are how to recovery and make use of the superfluous heat effectively, to reduce the production and operation cost. After consulting documents and analysis three initial plans were established. They are centralized heat exchange at combined station, centralized heat exchange at metering station and heat exchange at well head respeclively. Based on the results of thermal calculation of gathering and transportation system and type selection calculation of heat exchanger, the three plans were eompared from economy. The result indicates that the initial investment of centralized heat exchange at combined station plan is smallest and that the heat efficiency of heat exchange at well head plan is highest.
