摘要
针对辽河油田锦45块稠油集输工艺流程现状进行了分析,指出现行集输系统存在的问题,进行了工艺流程优化设计,分别对不同输送温度下管路水力热力计算及加热炉耗气进行核算,综合考虑井口回压和耗气量,确定了经济合理的集输参数及工艺流程。锦45块老区原油集输系统优化后,适应了原油产量变化的要求,简化了流程和生产管理,起到了节能降耗的作用,经济效益和社会效益显著。
Based on the analysis of current status of the heavy oil gathering process at Liaohe Oilfield Jin-45 Block, this paper indicates the existing problems in the working gathering system, conducts the optimum design of process flow, checks the hydraulic and thermal computations of the pipeline at different transmission temperatures and the gas consumption of heating furnace, considers both wellhead back pressure and gas consumption, and ascertains economical and rational gathering parameters and process flow. After the oil gathering system optimization at Jin-45 block, the system has adapted to the requirement of oil production yield change. The process and production management have become simpler and the energy consumption has decreased. And the economic and social benefits are significant.
