摘要
"提高能源利用效率,降低能源损耗"是我国社会发展面临的重大问题。油田作为能源消耗的综合性企业,节能降耗尤为重要。以辽河油田某集输系统计量站为研究体系,建立计量站系统能量平衡"黑箱"数学模型,结合现场实测数值对能耗评价指标进行测算,确定该站用能存在的问题并提出改造措施。结果表明:通过对该站实施节能改造后,冬季可运行时可节气6237.8m^(3),夏季运行时节气5348.6m^(3),全年可节气11586.4m^(3)。
“improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption”is a major problem facing China’s social development.As a comprehensive enterprise of energy consumption,energy saving and consumption reduction is particularly important.Taking the metering station of a gathering and transportation system in Liaohe Oilfield as the research system,the“black box”mathematical model of energy balance of the metering station’s gathering and transportation system is established.Combined with the field measured data,the energy consumption evaluation index is calculated,the existing problems of energy consumption in the station are determined,and the transformation measures are put forward.The results show that:after the implementation of energy-saving transformation,the station can operate with 6237.8 m^(3)solar terms in winter,5348.6 m^(3)solar terms in summer and 11586.4 m^(3)solar terms in the whole year.
