摘要
对从连云港地区采集的样品通过富集培养、分离纯化得到31株细菌,经刚果红染色鉴定和液体发酵获得一株产纤维素酶高的细菌,该菌为革兰氏阳性,菌体成杆状,有芽孢。摇瓶产酶试验结果表明,该菌株在培养基初始pH=8,35℃,培养30 h产纤维素酶活力最高,达70 U/mL。
Trough accumulation culture and purification, 31 bacterium strains were isolated from the samples collected in Lianyungang. A Bacilus strain, which had high cellulase-producing activities proved by the Congo red dying method and liquid fermentation method, was screened. Results in shaking flask culture show that the optimum enzyme-producing conditions are pH 8 at 35 ℃, and the enzyme activity reaches 70 U/mL after 30 hours of culture.
